How can I check my order status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.    If your order was sent by Correos de Costa Rica, use your guide number to check here on their website.   If your order was send by bus, use your guide number and call the bus station.   If your order was for pickup, we will send you a message when it's ready.   If you haven’t received your order within the specified number of days for your area, please contact us at hola@bebederocr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

My order is late, what should I do?"

How do I make a return?

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hola@bebederocr.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. My order is wrong! How do I get it corrected?

In the event that your order arrives incorrect in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hola@bebederocr.com with your order number and a photo of the order. Can I receive an order outside of Costa Rica?

Currently, we cannot ship alcoholic beverages outside of Costa Rica, but everthing else, YES! Check out our shipping policy for more information.

Paypal, E-transfer, Sinpe Mobil, Credit or Debit are all accepted.   Head to our store to purchase your very own Bebedero goodies.

Bebedero was founded by Liz Furlong in 2017.   Bebedero is a cocktail bar turned online liquor and bar store until this whole Covid-19 thing passes. It is a tiny business run by women with lots of love.   We believe in supporting other women, minorities and small businesses. Support us if you like those things too.
